Joseph J. Fitch, Ph.D.

Joseph J. Fitch is one of the three partners who created the Emprize Group as a response to changing client needs and industry trends by consolidating multiple organizations in which the Fitch & Associates partners jointly held interests. He is also the founder and president of the Fitch & Associates, L.L.C, a firm recognized as the leading authority on matters relating to design, development financing and operation of both ground and air emergency medical services systems.

Mr. Fitch earned his Ph.D. degree with specialization in Organizational Development from William Lyon University in San Diego, California in 1987. He earned a Master of Arts in Public Administration from Webster College. Joseph Fitch holds numerous professional appointments and is a published author.
