Charlene Slaney, RN

Charlene Slaney, Director of Clinical and Client Services, has been a member of the FONEMED team since 2000. She has an extensive acute care clinical background including acute Trauma Burn Care.  She has seen FONEMED through re-accreditation with URAC and  assisted with the design of the FONEMED software. She also developed FONEMED's extensive Quality Assurance (QA)  program and currently supervises the QA Team Leaders , guiding the continuous improvement in this program. She continues to be a leader of the User Group for the design and development of FONEMED's Patient Care System, and is a reviewer of Dr. David Thompson's triage protocols.
