Christine M. Zalar

Christine M. Zalar is a partner and officer of the Emprize Group, LLC. She is also a principal of the Fitch & Associates, Inc. As a principal in the firm, she has established the air medical and hospital services consulting division. Her background and experience in hospital-based emergency and trauma services has provided for integration of pre-hospital programs into the core of hospitals’ business foundation. She introduced the concept of performance contracting in the air medical industry. Her previous professional experience includes a position of Flight Nurse for CareFlite, Dallas, Texas, Program Manager for Emergency Services in Lorain Community Hospital, Lorain, Ohio and Clinical Director of Lakeland Community College Emergency Medical Technology program.
