services from our North
American call center. We also supply qualified partners with the tools,
technology, protocols and know-how to operate proprietary
Medical Call Centers as
either installed systems (for internal use only) or with concession agreements
(for specified geographic locations).
Products & Services
After-Hours Coverage for Medical Practices:
At
night, on the weekends, or whenever your office is closed, we will provide your
patients with triage and health advice and fax you an encounter report after
every call. We work with your answering service to assure that
every call is handled according to your specifications, with a low monthly
minimum charge.
Corporate Health Services:
FONEMED's nurse advice is a great addition to your benefits package.
Whether you are a benefits provider, TPA, insurer, assistance helpline, or a
case management company, FONEMED triage can seamlessly integrate with the other
benefits and services you provide. FONEMED also backs up Medicare and
Medicaid services nationwide. FONEMED's triage is available 24 hours
a day, 7 days a week, via a toll-free number.

Triage Software and Protocols:
FONEMED's
copyrighted triage software includes everything a nurse or doctor needs to perform
telephone-based triage. It was designed in coordination with experienced
triage personnel, and builds on 10 years of experience in the health call center
industry. The medical protocols of Dr. Barton Schmitt and Dr. David Thompson
have been integrated, but other protocols can be plugged in just as easily.

EXPOSURE HOTLINE:
With
Florida Hospital Centra Care, FONEMED operates an
award-winning 24/7 Hotline for occupational exposure to infectious body
fluids, communicable diseases, unusual substances, pandemics and bio terrorism.
It is available as a nationwide service or as an installed or hosted system.

FONEMED
