Announce Joint Development and Strategic Marketing Agreement

Under the terms of the Agreement, NotifyMD and FONEMED will jointly promote
their products to physician practices, nationwide. Additionally, the products
will be integrated for call management, utilization review, Internet physician
practice access and wireless retrieval for both clinical and non-clinical
patient to physician communications. FONEMED will utilize NotifyMD's extensive
wireless infrastructure that supports 12,000 physicians, while delivering it's
medical content through NotifyMD's Internet WebMessenger product.
