Triage Software and Protocols:

FONEMED's triage software includes everything a nurse or doctor needs to perform telephone-based triage.  It was designed in coordination with experienced triage personnel, and builds on 10 years of experience in the health call center industry. The medical protocols of Dr. Barton Schmitt and Dr. David Thompson have been integrated, but other protocols can be plugged in just as easily.   See Details button

With Florida Hospital Centra Care, FONEMED operates an award-winning 24/7 Hotline for occupational exposure to infectious body fluids, communicable diseases, unusual substances, pandemics and bio terrorism.
